On February 25, 1945, Our Blessed Mother appeared to Mary Hall, Lincoln Park, Michigan, and said to her: “What are you waiting for? Come and get your groups. Wherever these groups will gather, I will give them protection”. Our Lady showed Mary Hall four homes. She took Mary Hall into one of the homes, and showed her women praying the Rosary. THIS WAS THE FIRST BLOCK ROSARY GROUP!

The Catholic Church has always advocated public prayer during times of public tragedy and suffering. Block Rosary is public prayer. The neighborhoods in our country are not safe. There are home invasions. There are neighborhood gangs. Children murder their parents and their grandparents.

There IS a solution: Block Rosary. Our Lady promised to protect every home and neighborhood that has Block Rosary. The time we spend for Block Rosary each week is about 25 minutes, one night each week. This is a small price to pay for a safe neighborhood.

In 1917, when Our Lady appeared to three little children at Fatima, she spoke of World War I, which was going on at that time. She warned that if men continued to offend God, there would come another war, and many would die. The Second World War came and went. “But if men still continue to offend God”, she said, “there would come a more terrible war, and many nations would be annihilated”. She said to the children: “If you want peace, you must pray the Rosary every day”. It is apparent that we have not done what she asked. Wars and persecutions are erupting all over the world. We’ve heard it said that war is good for the economy. Our Blessed Mother said, “War is punishment for sin”. The only solution for the problem of war is not bombs. It is Beads…the Beads of the Most Holy Rosary. Call on your neighbors. Ask them to say the Rosary with you one night each week. Do it now. Don’t wait! Remember, Noah too warned the people of an impending disaster, unless they prayed and did penance. They did not listen. They paid a price.

God is a just God; He is a merciful God. He showed His JUSTICE at Sodom and Gomorrah. He showed His MERCY at Ninive. What will he do with our country? The hour is late, but it is never too late. Start or join a Block Rosary group. Our Lady’s Block Rosary is God’s prescription for the ills of this country. Let us beg His MERCY for these United States of America.
